Marlow CRM Intake
Marlow CRM Intake is a private tool that Marlow Singh, a real estate broker, runs on his own Windows computer to keep his client records up to date. It is not offered to anyone else.
What it does now
- Updates client records. It adds and updates Marlow's client contacts and opportunities in his GoHighLevel CRM. Each change is shown to him first and made only after he approves it.
- Tracks showings (optional, read-only). When Marlow connects his calendar, marlow@property.ca, the app uses Google's read-only permission "See the events on Google calendars you own". It receives the calendar's events, filters for showing appointments (titled "Showing - {client name}") and stores selected details of those showings on his computer. It cannot change the calendar.
- Prepares showing reports on his computer, for his review.
Optional showing-count automation: after Marlow approves client links and enables automation, a daily task updates only the Showing Count field on those CRM opportunities. It counts eligible accepted showings, applies separately approved historical backfills, and reverses only contributions recorded by this automation. Unclear outcomes or conflicting manual edits pause the affected opportunity for review.
